At TAI Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place your jewelry in its original TAI gift box and mailer to ensure the delicate components are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
